East Chesterton is a lovely ward to live in, with a friendly and diverse community and some great open spaces, including two nature reserves. There are a number of busy community centres, and plenty of opportunities for residents to get involved in what’s going on. The annual Chesterton Festival is always a great event, and we look forward to seeing it back once COVID is under control.

We have City Councillors Gerri Bird, Baiju Thittala Varkey and Alice Gilderdale, plus County Councillor Elisa Meschini who together make a great team for an area with strong Labour support.
