New bins are springing up all over Cambridge, now that Labour are running the City Council. At last the City Council has a map of where the bins are, and we are working to fill the gaps. 

Mike Sargeant says “Please let us know where bins  are needed -; general waste bins and recycling bins are available, as well as ‘dog bins’.

General bins can also be used for bagged dog litter.”

The Labour City Council has also instigated regular ward blitzes,  West Chesterton’s turn for a ‘deep clean’  is coming soon . Please let us know of any particular problems so they can be prioritised.

Some  developments around the ward are making a mess. Please keep letting us know of your concerns and we will get the City Council on the case.
